Terms of Use

Who may submit a website

Every registered user with a confirmed e-mail address may submit a website for free, provided that:

• the website is Armenian: made in Armenia, run by an Armenian person or organisation, or intended for an Armenian audience;
• each domain is listed only once, so a website that is already in the directory cannot be submitted again;
• you own the website or are authorised to represent its owner.

What we do not accept

We reject a submission when:

• the website is not live or cannot be opened;
• the website is already listed (a duplicate);
• the website contains or promotes illegal content;
• the chosen category, the title or the description is misleading.

When we reject a submission we tell you the reason. You can correct the listing and send it for review again.

Moderation

A moderator reviews every new listing before it is published; until then only you can see it. We usually review submissions within 2 business days.

If you change the address of an approved website, the listing is reviewed again. Other changes keep it published.

Your listings and your account

• You can edit or delete your listings at any time in your account.
• You can download a copy of your data (your profile and your listings) from your profile.
• You can delete your account; your listings are removed from the site together with it.
• Deleted data is kept for up to 30 days so that a deletion made by mistake can be undone, and is then removed permanently.

Labels, reports and removal

• We check listed websites regularly. When a website cannot be opened several times in a row, its listing is labelled “Site currently unavailable” until it works again.
• Anyone can report a listing. We review every report and may correct the category of a listing, hide it or remove it when it breaks these terms.
• We may remove listings and block accounts that break these terms repeatedly.
• We may, at our discretion, feature some listings and show them on the home page.

Content and responsibility

• You are responsible for the information you submit and confirm that you have the right to publish it.
• You allow KAYQ to show the title, description, keywords and logo of your website and an automatically captured screenshot of it on kayq.am.
• KAYQ links to websites run by others and is not responsible for their content, products or services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
